I just got an email from a friend who let me know that Harris Teeter (my local grocery store) will be having a triple coupons sale next week. Good news? I’m on vacation now but will be home in time for the sale. Bad news? I didn’t bring my coupons with so I’m not sure what good coupons I need to get more of.
But it’s not all bad news. I’m going to use Taylortown Preview to check all the coupons that have come out in the past few months. The .75 off coupons are the good ones to have. Harris Teeter will TRIPLE a .75 coupon. So for each .75 coupon I have they will take $2.25 off. It’s a good deal and I’m able to get a lot of free things during their triple coupon events. If I run across any coupons on Taylortown Preview that I could use more of I will trade with fellow couponers so that I have all the coupons I need in time for the start of the sale.
If you want advance notice of sales before they start Hot Coupon World is one of the best places to visit. There are message boards for just about every store in the United States, including Target, Walgreen’s, CVS, Staples and more. It’s free to use and there is a TON of information about couponing and refunding. There are members that get weekly ads in advance that they post. This helps make it easier for me to plan my shopping.
