What are Extra Care Bucks (or ECB’s for short)? They are basically rewards I get for shopping at CVS. So let’s say this week they have toothpaste on sale and you get and ECB for buying it. The sale might be; Buy Crest and get a $2.99 Extra Care Buck. The ECB prints out at the bottom of my receipt and I can turn around and use it to buy anything I want in the store. The best place to start learning how to shop deals at CVS is at Hot Coupon World. There is a message board for CVS beginners with plenty of other members to help you with your questions.
