CashCrate Review

I admit. I was skeptical when I first learned about CashCrate. I was looking for a way to bring in a little extra money and came across CashCrate. It seemed a little “too easy” but I thought I’d give it a try.

Now that I’ve tried it CashCrate has become one of my favorite GPT sites. The website is user friendly, easy to navigate and has a clean layout. If you have problems help is an email away or you can check out the forums.

What Is It?
CashCrate is a Get Paid To program where you get paid for signing up for various surveys and completing offers. There are many offers that are free, and some are Trial Offers. What you want to do is completely up to you! I only sign up for the 100% free offers.

Companies want your feedback and opinions and are willing to pay money for that. Cashcrate receives money for promoting these companies and passes on 75% of that money to it’s members who sign up for and complete surveys and offers.

Every day there is a daily survey available. You earn $.80 for completing it and can take up to 2 daily surveys a day, so if you complete the daily survey and nothing else you could make $48.00 a month. That is in addition to the money you can earn by completing offers and other surveys.

Am I Eligible to Join?
You must be at least 13 years old to participate.
Membership is open to residents of U.S. and those residing outside the U.S.

How and When Am I Paid?
Members are paid monthly. So if you complete offers in June, your payments will be processed after the 20th of July and mailed as a check. In order to receive a check you need to earn at least $10.00.

Do I Need Referrals?
No! You don’t need to get referrals to sign up with CashCrate in order to earn money.

But, if you do decide to get referrals, they have a very generous referral program.

Right now you earn a bonus of $3.00 for each referral that signs up under you and earns at the least the $10 minimum. Then you earn 20% of what all your referrals make, and 10% of what their referrals make.

I Want To Sign Up, Now What?
Go to
CashCrate and Sign Up for Free on the homepage.

Log in and go to the Member’s Area.

There you will see a short tutorial. Click on that for simple instructions on how to start completing offers.

That’s it! It’s easy to sign up and start and watch your earnings grow!

TIPS for Signing Up for Offers and Surveys

1. Use Internet Explorer for your browser.

2. Clear your cookies after each offer is completed.

I find the offers clear the fastest after I’ve cleaned my cookies and then closed my browser window completely and reopened it.

Clear your cookies in Internet Explorer 7 this way:

Click on “Tools”
Click on “Internet Options”
Select the “General” tab
Click “Delete” next to “Browsing History”
Another small window will pop up.
Click on “Delete Cookies”

Close your IE window and reopen a new window.

Want an easier way to clear your cookies? Check out CCleaner

3. Have an email that you use specifically for CashCrate. Please make sure it’s a valid address.

I use a gmail address. I have another email address that I use strictly for personal emails to my friends and family. I check both email addresses.

4. Download Roboform (it’s free to use and download). With the click of one button Roboform will fill out your forms for you, saving you time when filling out offers and surveys.

Per your glowing recommendation I signed up for Cash Crate. I’m just a little concerned because for almost every “Survey” you have to create an account, email, password, address, etc. Or at least just fill out personal information (address, phone, …) and I haven’t really gotten just surveys. Is all it is getting your email address (I also set up a fake account) so they can send you spam? Thank you so much for your blog!

Thanks for the tips. In that same vien, check out the Hacking Cashcrate guide -
it works for most GPT sites.

Yes. People are paying cashcrate to generate sales leads for them. Their “survey” serves to get your marketing information. But still, they’re paying you to give it.

I totally agree with Kevin. CashCrate is the best GPT right now.

Cashcrate is definitely one of the best sites out there right now, ever since the downfall of swatcash.

I’ve been active with Cashcrate for about 3 weeks now. It took me about 3-4 days to get into the flow of how to complete the offers quickly and to get around some of the hick-ups of the site. I’ve currently earned $63.65 to date with $134.30 pending (which I feel wiil never clear). My findings are: Earnings are hard to come by - they come in short, inconsistent spurts. You can complete offers very easily at a steady pace, but due to similar type surveys presented by the same company, it is very difficult to have them credited to your account once you they have stored your information. So no matter how many you complete, only a small percentage are actually credited to you, while the rest pend until released back to the pool. Another thing is, there are a limited amount of offers listed - in reality, you could burn through all the free offers available in a matter of a few days. There are only a handful of offers available to me at the moment and it has been that way for a week or so. They present the idea that: if you worked for five hours a day, completing on average, enough offers to generate roughly $30.00 an hour (which is possible) - that amounts to about $150.00 a day and based on a five day work week, should average out to $750.00 a week - all by just simply mindlessly clicking your mouse while sitting in your living room in your underwear watching Seinfeld reruns. Sounds great right! Like I said, I’ve only currently made $63.65 in over three weeks and i’ve really worked at this. The problem is only a small percentage of the surveys actually get approved and credited to you and then there just aren’t enough surveys made available to you to keep up with any real pace. I tried to keep this short, but I really wanted you to understand exactly what is going on here. If you need $50.00 or so for next month (it’s a one time deal - b/c it slow going after that point and I doubt i’ll even generate $10.00 for the following month based on how many offers that are being made availabe to me now) extra to throw towards a few more groceries, than this site is for you - but keep the big picture in mind and this reality of the process in perspective. I hope this helped someone - please contact me personally if you have any questions, as I would be happy to assist anyone with any concerns you have. Also, my referal url is posted above - if for any reason you want to get on board, sign up using that address and you begin building the pyramid. Thanks for letting me post - Happy Holidays to everyone. Mike
